What is a Client Service Manager?

A Client Service Manager oversees personnel, processes or accounts. They have a keen sense for business and relationships, providing a bridge between clients and Centria.

Our client service manager role is one of a kind.  When selected to join our team you take a deep dive into all aspects of business, including customer service, sales, marketing, problem resolution, management, HR and finance.

The client service manager sits as the center of the business wheel with each division tied to delivering the highest quality service and support to people who need it.

Each and every day you are responsible for your own book of business while collaborating with all team members cross departmentally.  Your skills will be tested, you will grow as a business leader and you will be having a direct personal impact on the people you are supporting.

What is a typical day like as a CSM?

Daily, the CSM is the glue that holds together our operations team.  The majority of your day will be spent communicating with families, team members, insurance providers and referral sources to maximize quality and efficiency of service.

All of these groups are linked together and it requires you as a CSM to be fully engaged in every interaction.  You will be constantly balancing client needs, team member questions and business KPT’s.

Another aspect of the CSM is attending conferences, events and volunteering throughout the year.  Being an operations expert gives you keen insight when speaking with families about our services, how they can start and why they should choose Centria for their needs.
